Tactics thru the Eyes of the JV44 Staff

1. ) STAFF MEETING

Map assessment and strategy will begin at staff meeting.  The Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of the JV44 will discuss targets and overall game plan. The JV44 Tactical Officer will devise the strategy to execute the plan. 

After orders are given, a base of operations is established with all personnel meeting in the tower for assignments. Squad channel protocol will be adhered to at all time at this point in the operation.

3.) SUMMARY

JV 44 is a joint ops squadron. At times it will be necessary to adapt to tactics inconsistent with our own to defeat the enemy. Our overall objective on squad night is to dominate the map with our superior tactics and execution. We do this by consistent adherence to squad philosophy and dedication to mission objectives. We only have to do this for several hours 2 nights a week. The rest of the time is yours to fly whatever you want.
